FAQ'S

Are IV Therapies quick and effective?

IV Therapy typically takes 30-60 minutes depending on the amount of fluid needed. It provides “100% absorption” while flushing toxins and helping achieve balance quickly with lasting benefits for 2-4 days. However, we recommend IV Therapy no more than once a week, except for our pre- and post-therapies which can be administered before and after an event the same week.

Who administers the services?

Our staff is made up of highly-trained registered nurses with years of experience in emergency medicine. Our professionals take the utmost care to ensure that your service exceeds expectations and is as safe as possible.

Can anyone IV Hydrate?

Which IV is best for me?

Absolutely! Anyone can benefit from IV Hydration. Our process ensures everyone who fills out our medical form is reviewed by our practitioners before treatment begins. There are times we have to turn people away because the medical history is not suited for our IV Therapies. Due to our current medical protocols, we do not treat anyone under 18.

Based on your medical history and needs, our staff can provide a thorough explanation of the IV Therapies we offer to help determine which is best for you. If you don’t see anything on our service menu that’s specific to your needs, our practitioners can tailor therapies to suit your individual needs. Contact us to maximize your health and wellness today.

How long does a Booster Shot take?

Our booster shots typically take a few seconds to administer. The results will vary based on current health but typically become noticeable within first few hours after. The benefits will depend on the individual but typically last 5-8 days on average.

Can I get both an IV and booster shot?

Yes. In fact, this is the ideal recommendation. Boosters are a great way to take advantage of your IV Therapy by adding med/mineral to any drip that does not already include it.

Hydrate or Emergency Room?

We are not a substitute for medical attention, and we do not diagnose or treat any illness or disease. If you just require hydration or boosters the difference between the Emergency Room and us is the cost and comfort. The average ER cost is high, and the wait time is long. Essential Hydration & Wellness IV Therapies range from $99-$199 and only take approximately 30 to 45 minutes.

Do you accept health insurance?

No. We do not accept any insurance at this time. However, FSA/HSA are gladly accepted and we can assist with reimbursement if their plan requires documentation.

What Is a FSA?

A flexible spending account (FSA) is a program that allows you to set aside money (before taxes) for specific health care expenses. If you’re unsure whether or not you have an FSA, please check with your employer or insurance company.

NüPush accepts FSA dollars as long as your FSA or HSA card is affiliated with a major credit card.
If you would like to use your FSA or HSA card to pay for a portion of your purchase and apply the remaining balance to a different card, please call us at 217.717.3304 anytime. We’re happy to set that up and assist with this.

Currently pregnant or breastfeeding?

We do offer treatment if you are currently pregnant. Must be able to provide a doctor’s note with approval for IV therapy. If you are breastfeeding we offer IV therapies to help boost energy and immunity.

What payments are accepted?

Cash, Gift Card, FSA/HSA Card, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
