General Medical Exam
Administrative physicals include a general exam. During the visit, our provider can fill out the clinical sections of the required documents.
The exam and tests can vary depending on the requirements and the particular organization, institution, or employer.
General Medical Exams are $45. We do not accept insurance for services, however, FSA/HSA are gladly accepted and we can assist with reimbursement if their plan requires documentation.
- Blood pressure check
- General physical evaluation to check the ears, nose, throat, heart, lungs, and abdomen
- Height and weight measurements
- Information on supplements or medications you take
- Review of you and your family’s medical history
- Vision test

What happens during a general medical exam?
For an administrative physical, our provider will conduct a detailed review of your family’s medical history, any medications you take, allergies and current health status. They can review your immunization records to help ensure they are up to date. After the evaluation, our provider will complete any necessary medical forms.
Blood tests can be a part of the general medical exam service. Our provider can administer required extra testing for an additional fee or provide an order for you to have labs drawn at another location.
